Private business consulting · Allentown, Pennsylvania
Imperaura Private LLC advises founders, boards and owner-operators on the decisions that set the next decade — strategy, structure, operating discipline and the governance that holds them together.
The Imperaura standard
The advisor who scopes your engagement is the advisor in the room. No handoffs to junior teams.
Every engagement ends with a documented recommendation, an owner, and a date.
Advice that is never implemented is not advice. We remain accountable through delivery.
Our practice
Most problems presented to us as a strategy question are really a structure question, or an execution question. We diagnose across all three before we recommend anything.
Where the business should compete, what it should stop doing, and how the next stage of growth actually gets funded and staffed.
Process, cost structure and org design rebuilt around the outcomes you are actually measured on — with a KPI system leadership will use.
The unglamorous architecture that protects everything else: entity structure, compliance calendars, risk registers and board reporting.
Diagnostic session · week two
How we work
Two to three weeks. We read the numbers, interview the people who run the work, and separate the presenting problem from the structural one. You receive a written diagnosis — including what we found that you did not ask about.
We build the recommendation with your leadership, not for them: options with trade-offs priced, a preferred path, the sequence, and the resources and headcount each option demands.
We stay through the first phase of execution — cadence meetings, dashboards, and course corrections — until the change is held by your own team rather than by us.
Discretion is not the absence of ambition. It is what makes ambition survivable.
