Three disciplines. One accountable team.

We do not sell frameworks. Every engagement below ends in a written recommendation, a named owner and a date — and we stay through the first phase of execution.

01

Strategy & Growth

Where the business should compete, what it should stop doing, and how the next stage of growth is actually funded, staffed and sequenced. We start from your numbers, not from a market report.

Typical duration: 4–10 weeks
A city street at the start of the working day

What we deliver

  • Market and competitive positioning review
  • Revenue concentration and margin analysis
  • Expansion and new-market business case
  • Go-to-market and channel strategy
  • Pricing architecture review
  • Buy, build or partner assessment
  • Partnership and channel assessment
  • Three-year strategic roadmap with owners

You end with: a decision document that states the recommended path, the two options rejected and why, the resources required, and the first ninety days of execution assigned by name.

02

Operations & Performance

Most growth problems are capacity problems wearing a strategy costume. We map how the work actually moves, find where margin leaks, and rebuild the operating rhythm around it.

Typical duration: 6–12 weeks
An operating floor laid out for daily work

What we deliver

  • End-to-end process mapping
  • Cost structure and margin leak analysis
  • Organisational design and span of control
  • Role clarity and accountability matrix
  • KPI system and management dashboard
  • Vendor and procurement review
  • Systems and automation assessment
  • Operating cadence and meeting design

You end with: a documented operating model, a dashboard your leadership team maintains without us, and a prioritised list of savings with expected value against effort.

03

Governance & Structure

The unglamorous architecture that protects everything else. We build the structure, calendar and reporting discipline that a growing company needs before it needs it.

Typical duration: 3–8 weeks
A boardroom prepared for a governance review

What we deliver

  • Entity and ownership structure review
  • Compliance calendar and responsibility map
  • Risk register and mitigation plan
  • Board and advisory reporting pack
  • Delegation of authority framework
  • Policy and documentation baseline
  • Succession and continuity planning
  • Insurance and exposure review

You end with: a structure that scales, a calendar nobody has to remember, and reporting that answers a board before they ask. We coordinate with your legal and tax advisors where specialist advice is required.

Questions

What clients ask before they engage.

How is a fee determined?

After a scoping conversation, we send a written proposal with the deliverables, the timeline and a fixed fee for the defined scope. Retainers are billed monthly. We do not bill hourly for consulting work, and we do not invoice for the scoping conversation itself.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Diagnostic phases usually include on-site time, because the difference between how a process is documented and how it is actually run is only visible in person. Ongoing work is typically remote with scheduled on-site sessions.

Do you provide legal, tax or investment advice?

No. Imperaura Private LLC provides business advisory and consulting services only. Where an engagement touches legal, tax, accounting or investment matters, we work alongside your licensed advisors — or help you find them — and we will tell you plainly when a question needs one.

How confidential is an engagement?

Fully. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any material is exchanged, and we never use client names, figures or documents as marketing material without written permission for each specific use.

What do you need from us to start?

A thirty-minute conversation, then read-only access to the last two to three years of operating data and management reporting. If that data does not exist in usable form, building it is usually the first deliverable rather than a reason to delay.

How quickly can you start?

We cap the number of concurrent engagements, so availability varies. Most engagements begin within two to four weeks of a signed scope. Where a situation is genuinely time-critical, tell us in the first conversation and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
